Do you have parking?

Yes! We have easy access parking out the back of the practice. We usually have up to 7 spaces available.

Accessibility?

We have an accessibility ramp at the front entrance, toilet facilities for patients and a waiting room with reception.

Looking for care outside of regular business hours?

After hours can be available in certain circumstances: a call out fee of $100 will be added to the standard fees.

Does the practice offer discounts for patients?

Unfortunately our fees are already very reasonable, you may be able to get your doctor to refer you with us with an EPC plan. This will give you up to 5 treatments. Free.

Payment and Medicare

The practice is happy to accept patients under Workcover, Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Qld Police Service as well as under the Enhanced Primary Care programme for Medicare. Patients under these referrals are bulk billed and there will be no further payment required. Our practice is a member's choice advantage provider for MediBank Private. 

 

NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)

The practice can offer physiotherapy under item number 15-005-128-1-3 for patients who have coverage in their package.  There is no additional charge.
